At Gills Building Supplies, we want to ensure you have the right materials for your project. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in resalable condition, unused, and include all original hardware or documentation.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our returns team with your order number and a photo of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your building supplies and clearly mark the outside of the crate or box with your assigned RMA number.

• 4.
  Ship or Drop-off

  Send the package back via your preferred carrier or bring it directly to our main warehouse loading dock for immediate processing.
